Lead, supervise, coach, and develop the Office Operations Management (OOM) team, ensuring effective communication, productivity, and performance management.

Implement and maintain unified office policies, procedures, document workflows, and visitor handling processes, optimizing efficiency through technology.

Ensure offices are fully equipped, well maintained, and provide appropriate workspaces; oversee maintenance, repairs, cleaning services, and office equipment.

Maintain high levels of internal and external customer service and drive continuous improvement of office services and processes.

Manage suppliers and service providers, review proposals, monitor performance, and resolve operational issues.

Prepare and manage the office operations budget, control costs, analyze variances, and monitor KPIs and performance metrics.

Provide operational coverage during team absences.

Secondary (higher, special etc.) education.
Experience of in Office Management or relevant field.
Experience with standard software applications, including MS Office, Windows.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Data analysis skills with ability to produce reports, KPIs.
High sense of responsibility.
Effective multitasking and time management skills.
Collaborative work style and commitment to get the job done.
