Office Manager
TLDR
Be the heartbeat of the London office by ensuring a smoothly running environment, managing supplies, coordinating events, and providing a warm welcome to visitors and new joiners.
We are Bionic, and we're on a mission to make life radically easier for small business owners, building a one-stop shop for all their business essentials, and giving them an experience so good that they trust Bionic to sort everything for them, forever. Behind that mission is a high-performing, fast-moving team, and that only works when the environment around them runs flawlessly.
The role
At Bionic, we’re building something extraordinary - a one-stop shop that makes life radically easier for small business owners. That same energy flows through our workplace: fast-paced, high-impact, and buzzing with innovation.
As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an Office Manager who shares our drive and wants to be part of a team that’s doing its best work every day.
In this pivotal role, you’ll be the heartbeat of our London office environment, making sure everything runs like clockwork. From managing supplies and liaising with building management to coordinating internal events, you’ll play a key role in shaping a workplace where our talented team can thrive. You’ll also be a friendly first point of contact for visitors and new joiners, and a driving force behind a smooth, collaborative, and future-ready office.

Front of House
- Welcome visitors and create a professional, friendly first impression

About you
You’ll have proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role within a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You’ll also be able to demonstrate:
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
