Requirements

Front Desk Team Leadership

On-the-job supervision of Bethel’s front desk team, providing a point of contact and pastoral support to front desk staff as well as guests coming in.

Front Desk & Guest Relations

Greet visitors, answer phones, respond to emails, direct inquiries, and welcome guests to the main administrative office.
Maintain a welcoming, orderly reception area in alignment with Bethel’s values. Administrative & Clerical Support
Manage scheduling, calendar coordination, office communications, and daily correspondence.
Maintain office inventory—supplies, equipment, mail, and data files.
Support staff and ministry teams by managing all of our printings for our multiple locations.

Event & Facilities Coordination

Coordinate logistics for small campus events, meetings, and special gatherings.
Liaise with the facilities team to ensure meeting rooms, equipment, and office areas are prepared.

Records & Data Management

Update and maintain staff directories, contact lists, and secure confidential records.

Help manage church management software (e.g. Rock RMS or equivalent) for attendance and ministry tracking.

Volunteer Coordination

Assist with onboarding new volunteers, scheduling their office assignments, and managing volunteer rosters.

Office Operations

Process incoming/outgoing mail, packages, supply orders, office equipment maintenance.
Manage vendor relations—security, cleaning, and administrative services.
