About the Role: The Office Manager is at the heart of our Adelaide office, keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly and efficiently. As the first point of contact, you’ll provide key administrative and operational support while partnering with People & Culture to maintain an organised, welcoming, and high-functioning workplace. You’ll oversee daily office operations, coordinate team events, and support onboarding for new starters to ensure a seamless employee experience. Key Responsibilities: • Maintain day-to-day office operations, including supplies, shared spaces, and overall upkeep • Coordinate grocery orders, kitchen management, and office resources • Plan and support Plenti events, Town Halls, team activities, and cultural initiatives • Support onboarding, including employment documentation, system access setup, inductions, and new starter resources • Provide ad-hoc support to the People & Culture team, including reporting, projects, and data entry • Coordinate office access and facilities management, liaising with property management and tradespeople as required • Manage monthly office expenses and credit card reporting • Support basic IT setup, troubleshooting, and management of IT supplies • Prepare agendas, minutes, and follow-ups for leadership meetings and forums About You: • 2+ years’ experience in office management or similar administrative roles • Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities with ease • Professional, approachable, and skilled at building strong working relationships at all levels • Committed to supporting a positive, efficient workplace environment • Discreet and trustworthy with confidential information • Interested in Human Resources and passionate about fostering a positive office culture • Energetic, adaptable, and ready to “wear multiple hats” to support the team Additional Role Information: • This role is Part-time (27.8 hours/week) with a requirement to work full-time from our Adelaide office
