QuantCo is a fast-growing US-European Machine Learning start-up. We are seeking a part-time student to support our Cologne team in managing our office and shaping our culture.
We are looking for:
A highly proactive individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills (in German and English).
A team player who does not shy away from taking responsibility for complex and ambitious tasks.
A hands-on, service-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills and great attention to detail.
A top 10% student enrolled at a university in the Cologne region (any field is fine)
You will:
Work directly with our Cologne team to set up our amazing new office
Help to set up a network of external vendors, suppliers, and service providers (food, IT, others)
Be the first point of contact for our outstanding, smart, and fun colleagues
Help to make the office a great and comfortable workplace for everyone
Suggest, develop, and help execute ideas to shape our office culture (events, office organization…)
