As one of QuantCo’s largest data science and software engineering hubs, our Berlin office is looking for a working student to support our People Operations team part-time (10 - 20 hours per week). The minimum duration of the position will be 6 months, which can be extended upon mutual agreement of both parties. While the start date is flexible, we are looking to fill the position as soon as possible.
What you will do:
- Managing procurement/orders
- Preparing packages for shipping
- Managing key card system for office access
- Coordinating office moves
- Supporting the organization of events
- Maintaining an employee database and internal Confluence page
What we are looking for:
- All degree programs (Bachelor, Master, etc.) in any subject/major/field are welcome
- Very good academic standing, i.e. top or strong grades (required)
- Good organizational and self-management skills (required)
- German and English language skills (required)
- Resident of Berlin or Brandenburg
- Great communicator, a pragmatic decision-maker, and have a hands-on/can-do work attitude
- No technical skills are required but previous internship or other organizing experience is a plus
