What You’ll Own

Office & Administrative Coordination

Fleet & Equipment Coordination

  • Track vehicle registrations, renewals, and compliance deadlines

  • Maintain fleet files (titles, registrations, insurance, maintenance records)

  • Coordinate vehicle maintenance scheduling and vendor communication

  • Monitor service intervals and maintain maintenance logs

  • Track BIT inspections and required compliance documentation

  • Assist with fuel card tracking and reporting

  • Prepare and review Shop & Fleet Purchase Orders and related invoices

  • Provide organized fleet status updates to management

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–5 years of administrative, office coordination, or fleet support experience

  • Construction or fleet management experience strongly preferred

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

  • Comfortable with Google Workspace tools

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail

  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines

  • Self-starter who works independently without constant direction

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment

  • Authorized to work in the United States

  • 18+ years of age

  • Experience with fleet management software
