About the role
We are looking for a reliable and organized Offi ce & Facility Manager to support our day-to-day operations across two offi ce locations. In this varied role, you will take on real responsibility, act as a central point of coordination, and have the opportunity to shape and improve our offi ce processes within a collaborative and supportive environment.Your Responsibilities
- Act as the go-to person for managing and tracking contracts regarding our suppliers for the office, ensuring proper documentation and storage
- Coordinate with external suppliers and oversee related processes
- Ensure compliance with office regulations and standards, and communicate requirements clearly internally and externally
- Oversee operations across two office locations and ensure consistency
- Coordinate front desk activities and assign maintenance and repair tasks to relevant personnel
- Support and occasionally cover the front desk
Essential Skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proactive and hands-on approach to problem-solving
- Comfortable coordinating between different stakeholders and service providers
- Good understanding of administrative processes and compliance requirements
- Customer-first mindset
- Fluency in German and English
