  • Design and deliver experiences and events that strengthen our culture
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure value and quality
  • Support local leaders to bring SEEK’s ways of working to life
  • Track performance and find new ways to make SEEK even better

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver a safe, connected and vibrant workplace experience for all SEEKers
  • Plan and run internal events and cultural programs that bring people together
  • Oversee everyday operations, vendor management and budget compliance
  • Maintain health, safety and environmental standards across the site
  • Build trusted relationships with local and regional stakeholders
  • Support global workplace initiatives and share insights to continuously improve
  • Coach, motivate and develop your direct report to deliver great service daily

What we’re looking for

  • 5+ years’ experience in office management, workplace operations or facilities
  • Proven ability to plan and manage events, with great attention to detail
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Experience managing vendors and budgets effectively
  • Strong relationship-building and influencing skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment
