This role offers the chance to contribute to daily office management tasks, enhance the company culture, participate in employer branding initiatives, manage events in our new Paris office, and interact with the Dublin office. It is ideal for those seeking part-time contractor engagement.
What will you be doing?
Oversee the daily operations of the Paris office and support the Dublin office remotely, with occasional travel to Dublin, to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
Manage relationships with vendors, including building maintenance, food delivery services, IT support, retail suppliers, and snack providers.
Coordinate onboarding logistics for new employees, including, but not limited to, ordering and setting up workspace equipment.
Assist the recruiting team with administrative tasks and scheduling.
Work closely with our Workplace Experience Manager in San Francisco to create and execute engaging employee events aimed at fostering strong working relationships.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all office-related matters, including maintenance, supplies, and equipment.
What skills and experience do you need?
Previous demonstrated experience in workplace, office coordination, or events management in tech companies
Full fluency in English and French
Ability to balance authority and friendliness, foster a motivating work environment, and contribute to employer branding.
This role requires occasional travel to Ireland. It may not necessitate full-time office attendance; three days a week in the office, aligning with the organization's work-from-office days, might be sufficient.
Experience in hospitality, or other creative, detail-oriented roles involving multitasking
Front operates on a hybrid model — we come together in the office each Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday to collaborate and stay connected.
