You won’t be expected to manage such a large space alone — you will work alongside and coordinate with external cleaning companies to ensure all areas are maintained to a high standard.

Working Hours & Salary:

  • Working Hours: 07:00 – 16:00, with a 1-hour lunch break

Your Role is about:

As our Office Cleaner, you will play an important part in creating a pleasant and comfortable environment for everyone who works at payabl. Your work will help ensure that our office always feels clean, fresh, and well cared for.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Cleaning office areas through dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and dusting
  • Ensure daily cleaning and sanitization of all employee and management workstations, maintaining a hygienic and organized office environment
  • Cleaning glass surfaces, mirrors, and interior windows
  • Keeping restrooms and kitchens clean and hygienic, including: Toilets and sinks, Dishes and kitchen equipment, Fridges and freezers
  • Making sure kitchens are always clean, organized, and properly stocked
  • Organizing drawers, cabinets, and storage areas in common spaces
  • Emptying trash bins regularly
  • Monitoring stock of cleaning supplies and kitchen items, and preparing shopping lists for supermarkets and cleaning products when needed (You won’t place orders directly, but you will make sure nothing essential is missing)
  • Keeping an eye on overall cleanliness and organization of all areas
  • Following all health & safety regulations and company procedures
  • Handling equipment and office items with care and respect
  • Coordinating with external cleaning companies when needed
  • Supporting with additional tasks related to cleanliness and organization when required

What We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for someone who enjoys keeping things clean, organized, and running smoothly for others. In addition to that: 

  • Good communication skills in English (Greek is a plus, but not mandatory)
  • EU citizen or valid EU work permit holder is mandatory 
  • At least 1+ year of experience in an office or similar environment
  • Reliable, punctual, and responsible
  • Friendly team player with a positive attitude
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Careful with equipment and office items
  • Strong sense of responsibility
  • Previous training in fire safety, first aid, or health & safety is a plus (even if you have prior training, you will still receive full internal training)
