responsible for the smooth daily running of our Warsaw office,
keeping the office organized, stocked, and well-maintained,
coordinating couriers and handling incoming and outgoing shipments,
managing phone calls, correspondence, and invoices,
supporting meetings in the office and occasionally welcoming clients,
supporting CV preparation for Clients,
working closely with the local Team Leader.
you are a native Polish speaker,
you speak English at C1 level and use it comfortably in daily work,
you are proactive, organized, and take ownership of tasks,
you are communicative and comfortable interacting with clients,
you are available 8 hours per day in the office and flexible during events,
you are eager to learn.
Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.
