Resource Innovations is looking for a proactive, people-first Office & Employee Experience Manager to own the daily rhythm of our workplace in Chandler, Arizona and elevate how employees experience work—onsite and remote. You’ll manage office operations, vendor relationships, and facilities while supporting internal communications and employee initiatives to drive engagement, connection, and productivity. This role is part office manager and part culture champion and requires an in office presence five (5) days per week.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the Chandler office, ensuring a professional, efficient, and welcoming environment.
  • Own day-to-day office operations: reception, mail, supplies, food & beverage, conference rooms, access/badges, and space management.
  • Manage vendor relationships (cleaning, security, catering, coffee/water, plant care, maintenance).
  • Support RI's internal communication strategy and delivery (support All Hands meetings, messaging, operations).
  • Design and deliver initiatives that strengthen culture, community, and belonging.
  • Own employee-facing events, both onsite and virtual, to provide employee connection opportunities.
  • Partner with IT and HR to support onboarding and ensure all new employees have the tools and resources to be successful.
  • Serve as point of contact for safety protocols, access control, emergency procedures, and OSHA/local requirements.
  • Maintain compliance documentation: visitor logs, incident reports, safety drills, etc.
  • Other Duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in office management or a related role.
  • Able and willing to commute to the office on a daily basis.
  • Demonstrated ability to professionally interface with executive-level leaders, exhibiting strong executive presence, sound judgment, discretion, and clear, confident communication.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a relationship-building and customer-service–oriented mindset.
  • Comfort working in ambiguous environments, with the ability to create structure, processes, and solutions as needed.
  • Experience working in hybrid or distributed work environments preferred.
  • Proficiency with collaboration and productivity tools, including Microsoft Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, and Zoom.
  • Interest in sustainability and a passion for contributing to meaningful environmental impact.

Compensation & Benefits

Resource Innovations offers competitive salaries based on a candidate's skills, experience and qualifications for the position.  The compensation range for the base salary for this position is $50,000 - $60,000.  In addition to base pay, employees are eligible for a discretionary annual bonus.  The stated salary represents the expected compensation for this position.  Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as the candidate's experience, education and location. 

We also offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes three weeks of paid vacation per year; paid holidays; a 401(k)-retirement plan with employer matching; health, dental and vision insurance; and other supplemental benefits. 

Employment with Resource Innovations is contingent upon the successful completion of a comprehensive background check and reference check. If applicable to the position, a pre-employment drug screen may also be required.
