Office and Administrative Team Leader

You Will Be:

• Supervising office and managing office lease strategy;
• Planning administrative budgets, and efficient administrative cost management;
• Implementing processes and cost optimizations;
• Managing relationship with landlords, vendors and suppliers;
• Managing strategic office and administrative projects;
• Setting up team events and supervising organization of business trips;
• Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative policies and procedures;
• Supervising day-to-day operations of the Office Team members;
• Hiring, training, and being responsible for performance management for the Office Team members.

Desired Experience: 

• 3-5 years of experience in Administration - especially in the office management area of expertise;
• Leadership skills;
• Great customer focus and result orientation skills;
• Strong problem solving and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines;
• Attention to detail and accuracy;
• Intermediate level of English;
• Fluency in Microsoft Office, G-Suite and Asana.
