Office Administrator (Onsite – Baltimore, MD - 21244)
Position Summary
Global Alliant is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to support daily office operations at our Baltimore, MD location. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a Government Contracting (GovCon) environment and will play a key role in ensuring smooth administrative operations, office coordination, and front-desk management.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for office operations, visitors, and internal staff.
Manage front desk and reception activities, including greeting guests, handling calls, and coordinating visitor access.
Oversee office supply procurement, vendor coordination, and inventory management to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Coordinate and support internal and external events, including meetings, team events, and client visits.
Maintain office organization, including conference room scheduling, workspace readiness, and general facility coordination.
Support administrative functions such as document handling, mail distribution, and record management.
Liaise with building management, vendors, and service providers for maintenance, deliveries, and office services.
Assist leadership and project teams with ad hoc administrative and operational tasks.
Ensure compliance with company policies and support a professional and welcoming office environment.
Required Qualifications
3–7 years of experience as an Office Administrator, Office Coordinator, or similar role.
Experience working in a Government Contracting (GovCon) environment preferred.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
Ability to work onsite full-time in Baltimore, MD.
Professional demeanor with strong customer service orientation.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience managing office vendors and procurement processes.
Event coordination experience in a corporate or consulting environment.
Familiarity with office management tools or procurement systems.
