Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and attend to all visitors in a professional and friendly manner and maintain the visitor logbook and issue visitor passes.
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
  • Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to staff and management.
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and correspondence.
  • Support scheduling of meetings, appointments and office events.
  • Oversee office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Coordinate maintenance of office equipment, facilities and utilities.
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers and building management.
  • Ensure the office environment is clean, safe and fully functional.
  • Help new employees settle in by preparing workstations and providing office orientation.
  • Support HR, Finance, and Operations teams with basic admin tasks when needed.
  • Assist with organizing team-building activities, trainings, and office events.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Run office errands when required.
  • Support ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by management

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in office administration or front desk roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Professional appearance and customer-service orientation.
