Office Administrator

Bemac Collision Group has an immediate opportunity for an Office Administrator to join their team in a well-established, progressively growing group of companies. Reporting directly to the Shop Manager, The Office Administrator is responsible for supporting company operations by maintaining office systems and functions, also coordinating tasks through other departments.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and business partners via phone and email.
  • Invoice all vehicles being repaired
  • Attach and organize all documentation with the invoice
  • Maintain flow and organization while assigning technicians to each job
  • Schedule and facilitate vehicle flow to and from the shop
  • Organize tow truck operations to maintain production consistency
  • Primary phone receiver
  • Keep the front office tidy

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Ability to read and understand an automotive repair estimate.
  • Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
  • Excellent typing skills with attention to detail in all written communication.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with general office procedures and equipment is advantageous.
