We are seeking a native Thai speaker with good English proficiency to join our dynamic team as an Administrative & HR Operation Coordinator. This role involves a blend of administrative, executive support, and HR coordination. You'll play a crucial part in ensuring smooth operations by supporting the Thailand team and coordinating with the Headquarter office. Responsibilities Administrative Tasks: 1. Manage overall company facilities, including new office space planning/design, building & vendor contracts and relations, and office functions and services. 2. Serve as primary liaison between company staff and building managers, providing information, answering questions, and responding to requests. 3. Manage general office coordination tasks such as ordering office supplies, maintaining office facilities, and managing meeting rooms. 4. Oversee office cleanliness and orderliness to provide a well-organized workspace for all employees. 5. Coordinate visa and work permit processes in collaboration with the HQ HR team, ensuring compliance with relevant authorities. 6. Assist with basic financial tasks, such as tracking expenses, processing invoices, and payments to staff. HR Support Tasks: 1. Coordinate between Thailand Office and Headquarter office, providing regular updates on employee movements and general updates. 2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records while ensuring confidentiality. 3. Support other HR tasks such as social security fund, welfare policies such as health insurance, life insurance, and others related to Thailand labor law requirements. 4. Support internal culture initiatives and workplace activities, fostering employee engagement and collaboration. 5. Stay abreast of labor laws and government policies, interpreting changes and advising on implications for the organization. Others: 1. Carry out any other work deemed necessary or ad-hoc assignments as delegated by superior(s). Basic Qualifications
  • At least one year of experience in a dual role of administrative & HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and overall admin functions in the company.
  • Proficiency in English and Thai, additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Stay up-to-date on labor laws and related HR trends.
  • Familiar with start-up environments and experience in multinational, e-commerce, and online business.
