What you will be doing:

 

  • Designing, developing, and deploying features within Django-based infrastructure systems in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment.
  • Creating and maintaining multi-tier offensive cyber applications, ensuring they are scalable, resilient, and operationally effective.
  • Leveraging distributed systems architectures (e.g., microservices, APIs, databases, queues) to support dynamic mission needs.
  • Writing, debugging, and optimizing software across a range of languages: Python, C#, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Using modern frameworks and build environments (e.g., Django, Node.js) to deliver full-stack solutions.
  • Applying your knowledge of cybersecurity solutions (IDS, EDR, EPP, AV, etc.) to enhance system defense and mission readiness.
  • Collaborating through version control and productivity tools (Git, GitHub/GitLab, Jira, Confluence).
  • Mentoring junior developers and helping guide best practices within the team.

 

What you need:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of professional software development and debugging experience.
  • 4+ years in full-stack frameworks/environments (Django, Node.js, etc.).
  • 3+ years building and maintaining multi-tier offensive cyber applications.
  • 2+ years in distributed systems (microservices, APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, message queues).
  • 2+ years working with version control and collaboration platforms.
  • 2+ years exposure to cybersecurity technologies (IDS, EDR, etc.).
  • Strong communication skills — able to present technical information clearly.
  • Ability and desire to mentor junior developers.

 

Clearance:
Not required to start; must be able to obtain TS/SCI.

 

Salary range:

$67,626.00 - $201,335.00 (Annually)*
