We are seeking an experienced and proactive Off-Site SEO Team Lead.
As the Off-Site SEO Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing our link-building team, developing effective strategies, and driving impactful campaigns to enhance website authority, improve search rankings, and generate targeted organic traffic for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Off-Site SEO specialists, providing guidance, coaching, and support.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities, set clear objectives, and ensure the team meets or exceeds performance targets.
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Mentor team members and support their skill development and growth.

- Identify training needs and promote professional development.
- Develop and implement comprehensive link-building strategies aligned with SEO goals and business objectives.
- Conduct in-depth research to identify high-quality, relevant link opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest link-building techniques, industry trends, and algorithm updates.
- Oversee outreach efforts to website owners, bloggers, influencers, and industry professionals to establish relationships and secure quality backlinks.
- Guide the creation of persuasive outreach emails and pitches that communicate the value of link partnerships.
- Nurture and maintain ongoing relationships with link partners.
- Collaborate with content creators to develop link-worthy content assets aligned with SEO best practices and relevant topics.
- Monitor and analyze link profiles to identify risks and opportunities.
- Track and report on key performance metrics, such as acquired backlinks, referral traffic, and keyword rankings.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
- Prepare regular reports to communicate progress and strategic updates to stakeholders.
- Collaborate effectively with other internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with ethical SEO practices, search engine guidelines, and industry regulations.
- Stay informed of legal and ethical considerations related to SEO and adjust strategies accordingly.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Off-Site SEO Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate.
- In-depth knowledge of link-building techniques and SEO best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong outreach and relationship-building abilities, including negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in SEO tools and analytics platforms.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
