Webafrica is on the hunt for a Contacts Agent in our Order Fulfilment team that is particular about process and obsessed with customer service.

A spunky character who is keen on maintaining strong working relationships with customers – and suppliers of course – and who knows how to read the customer's needs before they even think of them. A psychic in this regard, if you will.

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12
• At least 2-3 years' experience in a Customer Service/Call Centre environment
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong telephone etiquette
• MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook) experience will be advantageous

Ideal requirements

• ISP experience will be advantageous
• Being tech savvy is not a must, but it will definitely be an advantage
