This support position aids the DigMS Team with data organization and reporting for web statistics and client programs, ensuring streamlined operations through detailed spreadsheets and graphs.

OEM - OEM Support Specialist
 
Role Summary:
 
This support position helps the DigMS Team by creating and updating spreadsheets, graphs, and reports for multiple web stats (leads, visits, etc), creating the lists of clients under different Co-Op Programs according to their specific requirements.
 
Responsibilities:
 
  • Creating and updating the Client’s Lead comparison Graphs.
  • Creating the OEM claim Lists according to each program.
  • Creating and update the stats sheets and Lead comparison Graphs.
 
Qualifications:
 
  • Solid conversational and written English skills
  • Excellent computer skills (spreadsheets, email).
  • Ability to work independently.
