Support the Vehicle-to-Grid programme by assisting the Programme Manager with project documentation, stakeholder reporting, and hands-on testing at dedicated facilities.
Programme management support: Assist the V2G Programme Manager in tracking milestones, managing documentation, and ensuring project work streams stay on schedule.
Data visualisation & reporting: Design and maintain a V2G Programme Dashboard to provide clear, actionable insights for senior management and external stakeholders.
Operational testing: Support the commissioning and testing of hardware at our dedicated V2G test facility in Slough. This may involve occasional travel to site to assist with live data collection and equipment monitoring.
Business support: Provide ad hoc support across the wider Flexibility team as business needs evolve, ensuring we remain agile in a fast-paced market.
Present findings to an internal audience
We’re looking for someone with an interest in grid flexibility and smart energy systems. In addition to this, someone who has the ability to relate to individuals and engage with other team members. You won’t need to have any prior experience or knowledge in flexibility, however you should be able to demonstrate a reasonable level of ability and interest. We’re looking for candidates with numerical competencies as well as some Excel experience. You will need to have, or learn over the course of the internship,
how to use Asana.
Reporting: Have an eye for detail and the ability to turn raw data into clean, professional dashboards or presentations
Travel: Willingness to travel to our Slough test facility as required.
Adaptability: The ability to pick up work in a fast-paced environment and pivot between office-based work and site-based support.
