We are looking for a passionate Occupational Therapist (OT) who thrives on seeing real-world progress. Your Day-to-Day Impact:

  • Meaningful Assessments: Evaluate patients' functional abilities and ADLs in their natural environment to create truly practical treatment plans.
  • Creative Interventions: Use evidence-based techniques to address neurological, musculoskeletal, and age-related challenges.
  • Home Innovation: Recommend adaptive equipment and home modifications that turn a house back into a safe, accessible home.
  • Family Partnership: Act as a bridge for families, providing them with the education and resources they need to support their loved ones.
  • True Collaboration: Work side-by-side with PTs and SLPs to deliver holistic, integrated care that actually works.

What You Bring to the Team:

  • The Credentials: A graduate of an accredited OT program with a current state license.
  • The Heart: A genuine desire to work with diverse adult and senior populations.
  • The Skills: Excellent communication and the ability to build trust quickly with patients.
  • The Advantage: Prior experience in home care is a major plus, but a "can-do" attitude is essential!
