Job Summary
The OAP Promo Apprentice will support on-air promotion activities for Kids channels, with a focus on promo reversions and adaptations aligned with the summer look and branding guidelines. This role is ideal for a fresher or intern who has an eye for detail, strong language skills, and an interest in creative media operations.
About the Team
The Promo team is responsible for creating, adapting, and managing on-air promotions for network channels. They ensure that promotional content aligns with the channel’s branding, seasonal campaigns, and audience preferences. The team coordinates with creative, programming, and operations teams to deliver timely, accurate, and engaging promos. Their work helps maximize viewership and visibility for shows and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in promo reversions and adaptations as per seasonal (summer) branding requirements
Perform basic copy checks to ensure accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency
Coordinate with internal creative, programming, and operations teams for timely execution
Track and support delivery of adapted promos across platforms
Skills and Attributes for Success
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent command over Hindi
Attention to detail with the ability to spot copy and language errors
Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple internal stakeholders
Preferred Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree or 3-year Diploma in Media, Mass Communication, or related fields (pass-outs from the last 5 years; 2021 to 2025 preferred)
Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro is an added advantage
