Nurse Practitioner – Virtual Women’s Health Clinic

• 1 day per week (Tuesday), Max-Term
• Based onsite in Ringwood East, on the lands of the Wurundjeri People
• $73.34 - $74.73 per hour, based on experience + 12% Super + Generous Salary Packaging benefits of up to $18,550     

Many women, girls and gender diverse people do not have access to timely, affordable, or culturally safe sexual and reproductive healthcare, with this being further exacerbated within rural and regional areas. The purpose of the Virtual Women’s Health clinic is to ensure equitable access to the quality care they need across their whole lifespan, regardless of where they live. This no-cost, hybrid phone and video consultation service will deliver interdisciplinary and comprehensive healthcare, leveraging on our existing expertise in working with vulnerable and diverse communities and delivering women’s health programs.

In this role, you’ll be more than a clinician - you’ll be a guide, a champion, and a trusted voice for those navigating their health journeys. You’ll provide timely, life-changing care through telehealth consultations, breaking down barriers for people who might otherwise struggle to access support. You’ll bring comfort and clarity to those facing sensitive sexual and reproductive health concerns. You’ll ensure that no one feels unseen or unheard.

As a valued part of our multidisciplinary team, you will:

• Deliver telehealth, ensuring patients receive timely, accessible support.
• Coordinate care and referrals, providing a holistic and integrated approach to healing.
• Advocate for best practices in sexual and reproductive health, empowering patients with knowledge and options.
• Uphold the highest professional and ethical standards, ensuring patient trust and confidentiality.
• Be a force for progress, contributing to continuous improvements in care and service delivery.

• AHPRA Registration: Unrestricted nursing registration with AHPRA, with endorsement as a Nurse Practitioner.
• Specialised Certification: Women’s Sexual and Reproductive Health certification.
