Nurse Practitioner

Position Overview:
Staff4Me is seeking an experienced and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) with a minimum of three years of professional experience and a background in wound care to join our dynamic healthcare team. The successful candidate will provide specialized care to patients with acute and chronic wounds, contributing to high-quality healthcare outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive patient assessments, diagnosis, and treatment plans, with a focus on wound care management.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive patient care.
  • Develop individualized wound care plans, including treatment protocols and follow-up evaluations.
  • Perform minor procedures such as debridement, wound dressing changes, and other wound-related treatments.
  • Educate patients and caregivers on wound care techniques and preventive care measures.
  • Keep accurate and thorough patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory and clinical standards.
  • Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting care plans as necessary.
  • Stay updated on best practices and innovations in wound care.

Requirements

  • Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nursing.
  • Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license.
  • Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner, with a focus on wound care.
  • Certification or specialized training in wound care is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative healthcare team.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
