  • Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) licensure with board certification in CA and at least two of the following states: TX, FL, AZ, OH, IL, OR, NY, WA, TN, NJ, KY, MD, CO, RI
  • 103 NP designation under California AB 890 (authorized for full independent practice without physician supervision in any setting)
  • 3+ years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner.
  • Spanish proficiency at a B2 level or above, to offer bilingual consultations in Spanish and English.
  • Experience utilizing digital health (telehealth) platforms and digital tools for remote work.
  • Experience in public health and/or addressing population health disparities.
  • Proactive and communicative team approach. Bring a problem-solving attitude to a remote work environment to make improvements and new ways of work to improve the health of the populations we serve.
  • Empathy. You’ll work with patients who are often more concerned about basic life necessities than their health: shelter, food security, and personal safety. You need to keep perspective, be empathetic, and spend extra time building trust and educating on health.
  • Experience creating clinical programs and measuring outcomes (nice to have).
