We are a clinician-led, tech-enabled provider group that exists to provide culturally competent behavioral health care addiction care, medication management, crisis intervention, and care coordination for people working towards taking back control of their lives, while expanding access to care.

Our vision at ReKlame Health is to create a future where individuals who have historically been unable to access the care they deserve can readily obtain high-quality behavioral health and addiction care.

At ReKlame Health, it goes beyond mere employment; it's about becoming a part of a formidable movement transcending individuality. Let's unite and forge a world where health equity and effortless access to exceptional mental healthcare can co-exist.

About the Program

The ReKlame Health NP Fellowship Program is a 12-month, full-time clinical training experience designed for newly graduated Psychiatric–Mental Health Nurse Practitioners who are eager to grow and learn, while making a meaningful impact early in their careers. This program provides concentrated, hands-on training in serious mental illness (SMI) and substance use disorders (SUD), offering clinical depth and exposure rarely available in graduate programs or early-career roles.

This Fellowship is intentionally structured to support the transition from graduate training to confident, independent practice. Fellows step into a full-time clinical role while receiving close mentorship, protected learning time, and a robust, longitudinal didactic curriculum. You will gradually build and manage a clinical caseload in a high-acuity, virtual outpatient setting while sharpening your diagnostic reasoning, psychopharmacology skills, and clinical judgment in complex, real-world scenarios.

Throughout the program, Fellows gain hands-on experience in:

  • Treating Serious Mental Illness (SMI), including bipolar disorder, schizophrenia spectrum disorders, and complex co-occurring conditions

  • Substance use and addiction care, including Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT)

  • High-acuity outpatient telepsychiatry

  • Trauma-informed, culturally responsive care

  • Evidence-based psychopharmacology and risk management

Fellows are supported through weekly didactics, direct clinical mentorship, monthly competency assessments, and structured feedback designed to promote steady growth and confidence. This role is well-suited for a new PMHNP who is curious, committed to excellence, and excited to develop into a skilled psychiatric provider while advancing ReKlame Health’s mission to expand access to high-quality, culturally competent care.
