In this position, you will engage directly with our Norwegian-speaking customers, providing them with the support and information they need regarding e-cigarette products.

Requirements

• Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) is essential.
• Understanding of e-cigarette products and relevant health topics is preferred.
• Experience in customer support, especially in health or wellness sectors, is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills and a warm, approachable manner.
• Ability to provide clear, empathetic guidance to customers.
• Familiarity with customer service tools and software is beneficial.
• A willingness to thrive in a dynamic and cultural environment such as Athens.
