In this position, you will connect with Norwegian-speaking customers, providing them with exceptional support and creating memorable gaming experiences. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting players with their queries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring they feel valued as part of our community.

Your Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer support to Norwegian-speaking clients through various communication channels.
• Assist customers with their questions about games, accounts, and promotions.
• Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system for efficient follow-up.
• Work collaboratively with your team to achieve high levels of client satisfaction.
• Stay updated on the latest games and promotional offers to provide informed assistance.

Requirements

• Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• A genuine interest in online gaming and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
• Previous experience in customer support or the iGaming industry is an advantage but not a requirement.
• Strong communication skills with a friendly and helpful personality.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving, ensuring effective resolution of customer queries.
