Your Responsibilities

• Provide top-tier customer support to Norwegian-speaking clients through various channels, including chat, email, and social media.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to gaming products, accounts, and esports events.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on the latest gaming trends and products to provide informed support.

Requirements

• Fluency in Norwegian (written and spoken) is essential.
• A passion for gaming and knowledge about the esports industry.
• Previous experience in customer support is desirable but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
