Your Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to Norwegian-speaking clients through multiple communication channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to food delivery services, resolving issues and ensuring satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve service goals and enhance customer experience.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay informed about the food delivery industry and service offerings.

Requirements

• Fluency in Norwegian (written and spoken) is essential.
• A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• Previous experience in customer support is a plus but not mandatory.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive team player with a positive and cheerful disposition.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
