Your Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to Norwegian-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
• Effectively address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints regarding online retail products.
• Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor in all customer interactions.
• Document customer interactions accurately to support service improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Participate in training sessions to stay informed about product offerings and customer service best practices.

Requirements

• Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) is essential.
• Strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
• Prior experience in customer service or retail is an advantage, but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
