Your Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to Norwegian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to food and beverage products and services.
• Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor in all interactions.
• Document customer interactions accurately to enhance service quality.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve service goals and improve customer satisfaction.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance your knowledge about the products and industry trends.

Requirements

• Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) is essential.
• Strong passion for customer service and the Food & Beverage industry.
• Experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle inquiries with a positive and solution-oriented approach.
• Enthusiasm for working in a multicultural environment.
