Your Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to Norwegian-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide detailed information about fitness and sports equipment.
• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor in all interactions with customers.
• Document customer interactions accurately for quality assurance and service improvement.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and meet team objectives.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about products and best practices in customer service.

Requirements

• Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) is essential.
• Strong dedication to providing outstanding customer service.
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the fitness or retail sectors, is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Positive attitude with proactive problem-solving capabilities.
