As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist Norwegian-speaking clients with their inquiries, ensuring they have a seamless experience while traveling. Your Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to Norwegian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Efficiently handle inquiries related to travel and aviation services.
• Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor in all interactions.
• Document customer interactions accurately for consistent service improvement.
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet performance targets and enhance the customer journey.
• Engage in training sessions to stay informed about aviation services and industry standards.

Requirements

• Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) is essential.
• Strong enthusiasm for travel and customer service.
• Prior experience in customer service or the aviation industry is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to solve problems with a positive and proactive attitude.
