Your Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support to Norwegian-speaking clients in relation to financial crime inquiries.
• Address and resolve concerns efficiently while ensuring all service standards are met.
• Maintain a strong understanding of anti-financial crime policies and procedures.
• Document interactions accurately to report trends and support compliance efforts.
• Collaborate with team members to uphold excellent service quality and achieve performance goals.
• Engage in training sessions to enhance your knowledge about financial regulations and best practices.

Requirements

• Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Strong interest in customer service and the financial industry.
• Experience in customer service is a plus but not essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to handle sensitive information securely.
