Your Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to Norwegian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to transportation services promptly.

Requirements

• Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) is essential.
• Strong background in customer service, preferably in the transportation or logistics sector.
