Your Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Norwegian-speaking clients with inquiries regarding our online payment solutions.
  • Identify and resolve client issues related to payment processing in a timely manner.
  • Provide training and support to clients on the use of our payment platforms.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Work closely with the technical support team to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Norwegian and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
