Your Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support in managing day-to-day operations within the social media team.
• Assist in content scheduling, planning, and coordination of social media campaigns.
• Manage communications and correspondence in Norwegian, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of processes and projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth workflows.
• Support event planning and execution for promotional activities.

Requirements

• Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) is a must.
• Experience in an administrative role, ideally within the social media or marketing field.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative tools.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
