What will you do as a Norwegian Customer Streaming Platform Consultant:

Provide and maintain strong, professional relationship with all customers and show empathy at all times
Work effectively as part of a team, developing effective and supportive relationships with colleagues and management
Be able to offer recommendations and guidance to common technical problems or frequently asked questions
Communicate with speed, empathy and effectiveness with customers via telephone, emails and online chats
