About the Role

We’re looking for a highly energetic, proactive, and ambitious leader to join our team.

This is a mid-level, high-impact role ideal for someone who wants to build and scale a regional market from the ground up. You will be responsible for driving our commercial expansion and establishing our presence across the North American market.

What You’ll Do

  1. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and coordinate the North American team, ensuring alignment with company goals and driving high performance across all functions.
  2. Commercial Strategy Execution: Implement and refine the North American market entry and growth strategy.
  3. Lead Generation & Hunting: Initiate and execute aggressive outreach and business development efforts, starting with leveraging existing internal networks (e.g., executing initial hunting campaigns).
  4. Pipeline Management: Immediately review and analyze past North American sales pipeline data to identify and potentially resurrect viable opportunities.
  5. Sales & Negotiation: Drive the sales process from initial contact through negotiation and closing.
  6. Market Feedback: Act as the primary conduit for competitive intelligence and market needs back to the product and strategy teams.

Requirements

Experience

  • 3–5 years of professional experience with a strong commercial focus (Sales Manager, Business Development, Account Executive, or similar roles)
  • Proven experience leading teams
  • Experience in high-growth startup environments is highly valued

Mindset

  • Highly proactive and self-driven
  • Strong resilience and ability to handle rejection during early market development
  • Ambitious, with a strong drive to exceed targets
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced startup environments

Languages

  • Fluent English
  • Proficient Spanish

Location

  • Based in the Central Valley of California
  • Willing and able to travel up to 50% across North America.

$110,000 - $120,000 base salary + bonus

Beeflow reserves the ability to adjust the compensation range based on the final candidate’s experience, skillset, and geography. In addition to on target earnings, we offer stock options as we believe that every employee should have a stake in the company’s growth.
