Your Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality technical support to Nordic-speaking customers regarding electronic products.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently.
• Guide customers in understanding product features and functionalities.
• Document customer interactions and resolutions to improve service quality.
• Work collaboratively with team members to enhance overall customer experience.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about the latest technologies and products.

Requirements

• Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish) is essential. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Strong technical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Previous experience in technical support or customer service is an advantage but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and adapt to a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to relocate to Athens and embrace a new cultural experience.
