Your Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding technical support to Nordic-speaking clients via multiple communication channels.

Requirements

• Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) is required.
• Strong technical skills with a passion for solving problems.
• Previous experience in tech support, particularly within the IT industry, is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
