In this vital role, you will engage with Nordic-speaking clients, providing them with exceptional support and ensuring a seamless gaming experience. Your primary focus will be to address inquiries, solve issues, and make sure every player feels valued and satisfied.

Your Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer support to Nordic-speaking clients via multiple communication channels.
• Assist customers with gaming inquiries, account questions, and promotional offers.
• Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system for effective follow-up.
• Work closely with a dynamic team to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about the latest iGaming trends and product updates to offer knowledgeable assistance.

Requirements

• Fluency in a Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Danish) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
• A strong interest in the online gaming industry and a dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
• Prior experience in customer support or the iGaming field is an advantage but not required.
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to effectively address customer inquiries.
• A collaborative spirit with a willingness to learn and develop professionally.
