Your Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer support to Nordic-speaking clients regarding subscription services through various communication channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries, billing questions, and account management, providing clear and helpful responses.
• Accurately document customer interactions and support requests in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve customer experiences.
• Participate in ongoing training initiatives to stay updated on subscription offerings and customer support best practices.

Requirements

• Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish) is essential.
• A strong commitment to customer service and satisfaction.
• Prior experience in customer support is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
