Your Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to Nordic-speaking users of our ride-sharing app via various communication channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries about app functionalities, account issues, and ride-related questions, ensuring a smooth user experience.
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve service goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Participate in ongoing training opportunities to stay updated on product developments and industry trends.

Requirements

• Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish) is essential.
• A strong dedication to providing excellent customer service.
• Previous experience in customer support, particularly in tech or transportation, is a plus but not mandatory.
