Your Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to Nordic-speaking clients in the Mobile Banking Services Department via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding mobile banking products and services, resolving issues effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated with mobile banking trends and developments.

Requirements

• Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish) is essential. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
• Previous experience in customer support or in the banking industry is a plus but not mandatory.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
