Your Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to Nordic-speaking clients within the logistics sector through various communication channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding their shipments, deliveries, and logistics-related questions, ensuring prompt and effective resolutions.
• Document customer interactions accurately and efficiently in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with logistic teams to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Engage in ongoing training to stay informed about logistics trends and service improvements.

Requirements

• Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish) is essential. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• Prior experience in customer support or logistics is a plus but not essential.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive team player with a positive and solution-oriented attitude.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
